Our strength is based on the suppliers chosen and selected according to the most rigorous methods.

So, relying on them, we have created a continous system of production and assemblythat provide us a quality control and a short time in execution.


The chassis & the canopy

They are creted form galvanized steel sheets,

discharged on machines with computer laser control, plasma or watter jet, annealed and than triplustart painted in electrostatic field.

The hinges, the damping& the sealing elements are specially designed and selected form automotive, with long operating cycles.

The heat engine

Whether we are talking about gasoline or diesel engines, our rigorous selection has led to the choice of top manufactures.

Tus, we chosed the Japanese quality offered by Honda petrol engines as well as themilitary performances offered by American Vanguard engines.

From diesel range, the silent and the long operating life of the German engines are well known so that our customers are delighted to find engines like Dewerk, Deutz, Man and MTU which are the heart of the generators produced by us.


The Iveco engines that are  used on freight trucks are tested and used by European carriers for many years and they cope successfully in  our applications, too.

From the Range of high quality applications in the field of naval engines,we chosed the Doosan and  Mitshubitshi engines which equip ships and boats seen on the seas of the world.


Perkins engines accompany us in our journey towards performance, too.


The alternator


We use in our production only syncrone alternators  suitable for industrial applications.


They have a UL certificate system of isolation.


The Standards used in their manufacture are: EN 60034-1, BS 4999-5000, VDE 0530, 51-100 NF, NF 51-111, OVE M-10, NEMA MG 1.22.


Our alternators are equipped with electronic regulator  AVR type (Automatic Voltage Regulator). Our suppliers are Stamford  England, Marelli -Italy,  Mecc Alte-Italy, AFA-Germany


The control panel

The control means everything.

We can provide a control system according to your needs, whatever your requirements would be.


Our experience allows us to work with multiple suppliersfrom control panels industry’s for our generators, such as: Deep Sea, Kuhse, Comap, Woodward, Datakom. Our automation team is able to design and implement custom control systems regardless of complexity. Our wide range of control systems includes:


  • Synchronization of two or more generating sets
  • Cogeneration and trigeneration
  •  Intelligent transfer systems
  • Human Machine Interface (HMI)


  • C-bus,Profibus protocols


  • Remote monitoring – from simple alarm events to integration into BMS (Building Management System)


  •  Dedicated applications with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)


The wiring

The wiring repesents „the blood vessels” of the generator set. We chosed to use copper multiple conductors, protected by flexible coating and glands when passing from one compartment to onother.


We use oversized standby battery charger and also heater for the cooling liquid for an easy start, regardless of the season. Also, through our own innovation system,we can provide oil & fuel heating.


The instrumentation is provided by international manufacturers of which we mention: Moeler, Siemens, ABB, Finder, LG, Schneider.

Overload and short circuit protection are our concern, so that each product is shipped with standard switchgears.


At the same time for additional protection and a quick maintenance,we patented the bypass panel: ENDRESS-OSIM Patent 0010/2012



ZENESSIS generating sets are compliant and carry the  mark


Ambient reference conditions: 1000 mbar; 25?(C); 30% relative humidity; power in accordance with the norms ISO 3046.

Prime power (PRP) – ISO 8528

 „Prime power "represents the maximum power available during a variable power sequence, which can be used for an unlimited number of hours in a year, nside the maintenance intervals.

Average power within a period of 24 hours will not exceed 80% of the prime power; 10% overload - available for control purposes only.


Standby power (ESP) – ISO 3046

„Standby power"is the power available for use at variable loads for limited annual time intervals (500 hours), inside the following limits from the maximum usage time: 100% load - 25 hours / year; 90% load-200 hours /year.


The overloads are not allowed. It is applicables in case of power outages from the main network in areas with reliable electrical network.

Starting with 2017, Endress Group Romania introduces in it’s portfolio of produced current generators, the Moteurs Baudouin products.
Next generation of Auto Mains Failure (AMF) gen-set controller
The new modules of InteliLite AMF 20/25 range can be used for the command and control of the gen-sets, for the ONSITE working, but for OFFSITE working, too. These can be remotely commissioned and controlled , but can be monitored through its own server.
